What happens at your estimate

1. We look at the project. On a roof, that means the shingles, flashing, vents, gutters and, when possible, the attic.
2. We measure. Accurate measurements mean an accurate price.
3. We explain what we found. You will know what needs to be done and why, in plain language.
4. You get it in writing. A written estimate with the scope of work, so you can compare and decide.

• Estimates are free, for any project size.
• After a storm, we can document the damage and guide you through the insurance process. We are not adjusters and do not file claims.
• Payment terms: 60% at contract signing, 40% when the job is complete.
• Our labor is backed by a 4-year warranty.
