Who we are
O&C Contractors works on the outside of the home: roofs first, then siding, gutters, soffit and fascia, and the wood work that ties it all together, from trim and porch steps to decks, fences and pergolas. We are based in Waukegan and work across Lake County and into southeastern Wisconsin.
Owner Ignacio Ortiz brings 35 years of experience in the trade. The way we work comes from those years: do the job right the first time, explain it clearly and leave the property clean.
What we believe about the work
Quality over quantity. We are not trying to be the biggest roofer in Lake County. We take on the work we can do well and give each home the time it needs.
A clean job site. Your yard, driveway and landscaping are part of the job. We protect them while we work and clean up when we are done.
Punctuality. Showing up when we said we would is the first promise we make on every job, and we keep it.

Licensed and insured
Illinois requires roofing contractors to be licensed by the state. O&C Contractors holds Illinois roofing contractor license #104.019312 and #105.010151 and carries general liability insurance. Every job is backed by a 4-year labor warranty.
